TINUBU USING PETER OBI IN LABOUR PARTY, RENO OMOKRI ALLEGES

A former presidential aide to ex Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan, Mr. Reno Omokri has advised supporters of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi to be cautious.

In a viral tweet, Omokri alleged that Obi may be working clandestinely for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

According to Omokri, the person who facilitated Obi’s decampment to the Labour Party after leaving the PDP is well known to him. He added that Obi was lured to his present party by the person, who he claims is very close to Tinubu.

“The person who lured Peter Obi to Labour Party is close to me. He is a man I greatly admire. Peter may not know that this man and Tinubu are 5 and 6. I know this man well. I benefited from him. So I can’t mention his name. Even Obi does not know he is being used,” Omokri tweeted.

Omokri therefore, is for the opinion that Obi couldn’t be ignorant of the closeness of the person who helped him move to PDP to Tinubu, and to a large extent how the APC presidential candidate could ultimately influence the outcome of Labour Party’s fortunes in the 2023 general elections.
